What you will do!

Design, implement, and optimize digital workflows across the full customer journey.
Own and manage hubspot (crm, reporting, campaign tracking) and notion (documentation, guides).
Assist the Head of Sales with system support, reporting, and meeting preparation.
Collaborate with the Customer Success Engineer to define onboarding flows and client journeys.
Support strategic initiatives in partnership with the CEO and MarCom manager.
(Help) coordinate HULO’s presence at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Contribute to marketing campaign execution, aligning systems and messaging.
Represent HULO externally when required.

What you will bring!

We’re looking for someone who has:

Pro knowledge of CRM software systems, preferably HubSpot
3 Years of experience as a growth marketeer
Huge affinity with data
Start-up mentality and digital minded

Nice-to-haves:

Knowledge of Notion
Experience in working in a fast paced international environment
Experience in participating in summits, conferences and expo’s

Interview Process

Initial screening – A short conversation to get to know you, understand your background and motivations, and see how you might fit with the role and HULO’s culture.
Assessment – A brief personality test to help us get to know you better.
Skills & mindset interview – A deep dive into your skills, experience, and problem-solving approach, as well as how you collaborate, your long-term aspirations, and how they align with HULO’s mission and values. This may include a practical task or case study. Interviews for this role will start in the week of 20 October.
Reference check – Speaking with your provided references to confirm experience and working style.
Offer – If it’s a mutual fit, we’ll present you with a formal offer to join HULO.
