At Greensider Foundation, we generally refer to green jobs as jobs that contribute to a more sustainable future.

There isn’t a universal definition of green jobs. Some are more exclusive, focusing on direct environmental services or renewable energy sectors. Some are more broad, arguing all jobs have an impact on the environment. You might also hear about climate jobs, sustainability jobs, low-carbon jobs, eco jobs etc, all falling into the same bucket.

Despite all the nuances, we believe the goal is one, that is working towards a future where there is harmony between nature and people.

Anyone can register an account on Greensider, either as a Person or as an Organisation, as long as what you do or aim to do is related to green jobs or sustainability.

Our goal is to create a thriving network of people and organisations that share the same passion and values.

People can create a profile*, which will appear on the People page.

Organisations can also create a profile*, which will appear on the Organisations page, as well as post jobs, which will appear on the Jobs page.

You can manage your account from the Settings* page.

From that page you can easily change your email, change/set your password or delete your account.

First you need to register an account. Then you can manage your profile on the Profile* page.

Any organisation can post jobs, as long as you identify your opening as a green job. All you need to do is register an account as an Organisation and create a profile*. Then you can manage your job posts on the Posts* page.

All functions on Greensider are free. In the future, we might accept a small, optional donation for job postings, in order to cover our costs and contribute towards our future goals.
