About The Position

As our Senior Sales & Partnership Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind EME’s growth in the UK, building major partnerships and taking our business to new heights. You’ll lead high-stakes negotiations, close big deals, and foster long-term relationships with top organizations like Curo Construction, Airports, Westminster City Council, and many more. This is a high-energy, high-reward role where your impact will be felt across industries, driving real change in sustainability. You'll work in a startup environment that values creativity, results, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership: Own the sales strategy for the UK market, driving growth and revenue generation.
End-to-End Sales: Take the lead from prospecting to closing, consistently hitting ambitious targets.
Partnership Development: Build strong, lasting relationships with senior stakeholders and position EME as the go-to partner for sustainable material exchange.
Market Growth: Identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends to expand EME’s presence across the UK.
Client Success: Ensure long-term satisfaction by acting as a trusted advisor, keeping clients engaged and fostering repeat business.
Global Collaboration: Work closely with our HQ in Amsterdam to align on strategies and share success stories.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in SaaS or sustainability.
Proven track record of hitting targets and securing high-value deals.
Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities and driving them through to success.
Natural communicator and negotiator, skilled at building trust with senior stakeholders.
Deep understanding of the UK sustainability landscape and circular economy principles.
Comfortable traveling across the UK and to Amsterdam as needed.
Proactive, results-oriented, and driven to succeed in a high-performance environment.

Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, environmental studies, or a related field.
Industry: SaaS, sustainability, circular economy, or related industries.
Years of Experience: 10+ years in sales or business development.
Skills: Expertise in business development, relationship management, and strategic sales leadership.
Transferable Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
Language: Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
Startup Experience: Experience working in a rapidly growing company is a bonus.
