M&S Partnership & Programme Manager at LEAF

Are you ready to lead a transformational programme with a focus on sustainable farming and supply chain excellence? LEAF (Linking Environment And Farming) is seeking a dynamic M&S Partnership & Programme Manager to work closely with Marks & Spencer in delivering impactful initiatives that shape the future of sustainable agriculture.

About the Role:

In this pivotal role, you will be the primary liaison between LEAF and M&S, coordinating the launch and implementation of the ‘Farming for the Future’ programme. Your expertise will help drive farmer engagement, sustainability practices, and compliance with cutting-edge standards like LEAF Marque Standard Version 17. From facilitating communications and managing stakeholder relationships to monitoring progress and exploring growth opportunities across supply chains, you’ll be at the heart of delivering meaningful change.

What we are looking for:

We’re seeking someone with:

Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Technical knowledge of farming, sustainability, or the food sector.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Proficiency in data management tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
A passion for supporting and influencing positive environmental change.

Flexible, hybrid working ensures a balance that suits you, with opportunities to be based at LEAF offices, M&S Waterside offices Waterside House, 35 N Wharf Rd, London W2 1NW and your home office.

Location: Hybrid working (minimum one day per week at LEAF office, currently Wednesday).

Hours: Full-time (9-5, five days per week).

Fixed term contract: initially for 4 years with potential to extend to permanent employment with LEAF thereafter.
