Water Hygiene Engineer – PO4

The Royal Borough of Greenwich has an exciting opportunity to join the Repairs and Investment service within the Housing and Safer Communities Directorate, as a Water Hygiene Engineer.

As one of London’s largest social landlords, our number one priority and focus is the safety of our tenants and staff. We need a qualified, experienced, Water Hygiene Engineer to form part of this service. The successful candidate will a have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all legionella legislation, policy, and best practice. They will have experience in managing contractors and act as an assistant competent person as defined by the L8 Legionella legislation. They should understand the importance of building compliance and support the Water Hygiene Delivery Manager to achieve consistent high levels of compliance, ensuring the on-going safety of our residents and staff.
