Qualifications
- 3 years minimum of sales experience within SaaS, Construction, Environmental, or Circular Economy industry, combined with a solid understanding of procurement functions.
- Proven ability to connect buyers and sellers
- Experience within material or resource industries desirable but not essential
- Understanding of sustainability and circular economy principles.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving complex challenges.
- Comfortable working in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with marketplaces, trade, or resource exchange platforms is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.

- Prior roles in startups, sustainability-focused companies, or innovative procurement functions.
- Demonstrated success in business development or relationship building across diverse industries.
- Knowledge of the challenges and opportunities in the circular economy.
